Is my flower delivery trackable?

At the moment, our system does not track your delivery in real time. However, for those whoi make the order online, you will receive an email when your flowers are delivered.

What time will my flowers arrive?

We have 4 timeframes when your flowers are delivered within the M50 of madrid which you will choose when you start the checkout.

1. Throughout the day. The free delivery service will deliver your flowers between 10.00-20:30.
2. Morning delivery. Our morning delivery is between 10:30-14:30 Spanish time. In Spain a morning lasts until lunch time, which in Madrid starts between 14:00-14:30. It’s a big cultural difference you need to take into account. Our shop opens at 10:00. The charge for this delivery is 6,95€. On saturdays this is the only option available as we are open from 9.30-14:00
3. Afternoon delivery. Our afternoon delivery is between 16:30-20:30. This delivery timeframe adjusts to what is considered a Spanish afternoon and commercial working hours. Our shop closes at 19:00 but we do deliver until later. The charge for this delivery is 6,95€.
4. Express delivery. This option is available if you want to send flowers in the next 3 hours. The charge for this delivery is 19,95€.

For all those deliveries outside of the M50, the charge is 35€ and the delivery is throughout the day, from 10:30-20:30. Please make sure the person receiving the flowers is at home.

How do flower deliveries arrive?

We will always use a personalised delivery service and we don’t box our flowers.

The flowers will arrive in one of the following manners:

• For bouquets, we will back them in an aqua-pack inside an elegant bag. In this way our flowers will arrive in beautiful packaging and in water helping the flowers last longer.
• Long-stemmed bouquets such as roses and lilies, we will wrap them paper. Please remember to cut the end of the stems before putting them in water.
• If your flowers are not in the luxury flowers section, you can choose a vase for your flowers in the checkout process.
