Deliveries in Madrid

 

 

 

For the delivery of orders in Madrid, Bourguignon Floristas guarantees delivery on the same day as long as the order is placed with sufficient notice on weekdays and at 10:00 a.m. local time on Saturdays, and the day of delivery is not a holiday in the town. destination or national holiday. We deliver flowers in Madrid during the following hours:

The delivery of flowers will be done by our driver or a subcontracted company specialized in the transportation of flowers and plants. You can choose a morning or afternoon delivery time, but not an exact time.

 

The cost of the flower delivery service at home in Madrid in our online florist and the towns around the M50 are as follows (to see prices in other municipalities, enter the postal code on any product page):

 

- When selecting the Standard Shipping option, home delivery of flowers to the community of Madrid is free if the order is placed before 2:00 p.m. on the same day of delivery. This option is only valid from Monday to Friday. Flowers will be sent by courier. You cannot choose a delivery time and consequently it will be delivered during the shipping day.

 

- When selecting the Morning or Afternoon Delivery option, home delivery of flowers to the community of Madrid costs €9.95 (VAT included). To order on the same day in the morning, the order must be placed before 10:00 on the same day. To ship in the afternoon, you must place your order before 4:00 p.m. on the same day of delivery. This option is valid for all deliveries from Monday to Friday, and on Saturday only the choice of morning service is offered.

 

- When selecting the Express Delivery option, home delivery of flowers to the community of Madrid costs €25 (VAT included). The order can be placed before 5:00 p.m. for an order on the same day of delivery. This option is valid for all deliveries from Monday to Saturday. The delivery of flowers will be done by our driver. Delivery will be made within the space between receiving the order and the next 3 hours. If that product is not in stock, the customer will be called to inform them and offer similar options.

 

All other towns outside that area have a rate of €35.00 (VAT included) and delivery can only be offered during the day.

 

Deliveries with guaranteed time: Bourguignon Floristas guarantees the delivery of orders at the requested times in our delivery areas on delivery days. Exceptions to the above are compositions that specify the products used to make it up (for example, 12 roses), in which case the product specified by the consumer will be delivered and always of the best quality.

 

Delivery is only guaranteed in locations in the community of Madrid and the customer will be informed if delivery cannot be made, to be able to change the product in a new order, or cancel it at their convenience.

 

The client must verify that all the information provided to Bourguignon Floristas in any channel or, which appears in the copy of the order form, a copy of which can be requested from Bourguignon Floristas, is correct, complete, legible and sufficient to allow the proper execution and delivery of the order (and more especially: the postal code, the recipient's landline and/or mobile phone number, etc.), and must also verify their own telephone data. The customer must ensure that on the date and time of delivery, the recipient or a person representing them is able to receive the floral product.

 

In the event of absence or impossibility of providing the service at the delivery address, the florist may use the recipient's landline or mobile phone number as soon as possible to guarantee delivery – in case he or she cannot speak directly to the recipient – and leave a message on the answering machine or send him an SMS.

 

The client declares that he knows that the amount of the order expresses the total price, taxes included, and covers the costs of administration, composition and delivery of the products ordered, as well as the cost of service and the guarantee of flowers and plants from Bourguignon Floristas. This total price is made up of the price of the selected floral product, the complementary product or products that, if applicable, you have chosen, the delivery costs and, if applicable: (i) the costs for the delivery service during the day (for serve your order during the day from 10:30-20:30), (ii) the costs for the morning or afternoon delivery service (to serve your order or in the morning between 10:30-14:30, or by the afternoon between 16:30-20:30) (iii) the expenses for the express delivery service (to serve your order within a maximum period of 3 hours)

 

In the event that the recipient refuses to accept the floral product delivered, the latter will be considered made and delivered and no refund will be made to the client, informing the client of this contingency at the telephone number provided by the recipient.

 

That, in certain hospitals, delivery drivers cannot access the rooms: generally the flowers are then deposited at the reception, and the hospital staff subsequently proceeds to deliver them to the recipients, in accordance with the establishment's internal regulations.

 

The client is informed that, in the case of a funeral or a delivery in a public place, depending on the circumstances (hospital, clinic, funeral home, funeral home, pantheon, church, etc.), and taking into account that the organization funeral home is not required to arrange for the reception of flowers, it may not be possible to obtain the recipient's signature.

 

In the case of a funeral, the date and/or place of delivery of the floral product could be modified at the request of the family present at the location. The customer may request delivery of an order within 15 days following the delivery date.

Due to its seasonal nature, the bouquets delivered may be a little different from those in the graphic material distributed. If this is the case, Bourguignon Floristas reserves the right to make these changes and they will be replaced by others of similar importance and amount, guaranteeing the style, color and composition of the chosen arrangement.

 

An order can be placed 7 days before delivery. An order cannot be placed afterward, and the next date that can be chosen will be 13 days later.

 

Once an order has been placed through our order system, you will receive a welcome and payment email to the email address indicated for this purpose in the corresponding section. The welcome email confirms that you have registered as a user and with the subscription. The payment email is the payment confirmation of the customer's first order, not subsequent payments for orders after the first order.

 

Payment confirmation is confirmation of payment for the previously generated order agreed within the subscription that the User has created and accepted. With this confirmation, the order will be sent on the indicated day and the products chosen by the client.

 

For recurring orders, the next shipment will be charged 7 days before the bouquet is delivered.

 

If we cannot accept your order, we will let you know as soon as possible during business hours and your card will not be charged. If it has been charged, you will be refunded.

 

By placing an order and subscribing to www.bourguignonfloristas.es, you agree that you are entering into a recurring payment subscription plan for an unlimited time until we or the customer deactivates the service, based on the information that the customer has filled out in the order process. There will be no charge for deactivating the subscription.

 

The client can re-register at any time, but Bourguignon Floristas reserves the right not to allow the client to register where Bourguignon Floristas has previously had to unsubscribe the client.

 

The subscription plan consists of an initial charge to the card indicated in the purchase process, and followed by recurring periodic subscriptions accepted by the customer. Our prices (VAT included) of the products and delivery will be those reflected on the website.

 

Product price and delivery may change at any time, but these changes will not affect orders that have already received payment confirmation.

 

5.2 - Flower Subscription service process

 

Delivery

 

Service deliveries will be made from Monday to Saturday of each week. If any of these days is a holiday in Madrid, it will be delivered the day before, the day after, or when the delivery can be made.

 

Bourguignon Floristas authorizes a transport company to send orders from the collection point of www.bourguignonfloristas.es to deliver to the address indicated by the client.

 

The client accepts the responsibility of being at the time and address where the client has indicated in the order.

 

It is considered that orders are delivered within the stipulated time, either by direct delivery to the specified address or when the person is absent, by notification of the availability of the product by the transport company. If the customer is not at the indicated address, he will not be able to change the delivery address. If the delivery is not made within the stipulated time, www.bourguignonfloristas.es is not responsible for the conditions of the flowers after the first failed delivery.

 

In cases of force majeure (war, riots, fire, strikes, accidents and lack of supplies, pandemics, etc.) Bourguignon Florists will do everything possible to deliver your order subsequently to the force majeure presented.

 

In any of the aforementioned cases, the seller will notify of the impossibility of delivery. In any case, delivery will only be made within the agreed time if the buyer meets his obligations to the seller.

 

Delivery is not committed to exact times, only selected times. During Valentine's Day and the two weeks before December 24, we cannot commit to delivering deliveries at preferred times due to the high volumes of widespread delivery during those dates.
