What is your last day for Valentine’s Day orders? 

We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed delivery on Valentine’s Day. However, we may be able to accommodate last-minute orders depending on availability.

Do you offer delivery outside of Madrid? 

Currently, we deliver fresh flowers in the community of madrid. Within the M50 area, delivery is free. Outside of that ring, the price is 35€. Both options only allow for delivery throughout the day without any specific timeframes due to the large amount of orders and deliveries.

Can I add a personalized message to my order? 

Absolutely! During checkout, you can include a heartfelt message to be delivered with your flowers.

What is your return policy?

Although this hardly happens, if the order is not to our standard, please call us and send us pictures of the arrangement. From there we will see what has happened and what procedure we take on a person-to-person basis.
